loanDepot provides basic Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance through Lincoln Financial for all full-time employees, and provides options to enroll in additional coverage for yourself and your eligible dependents.
Life insurance provides peace of mind for our families in case of loss due to either illness or accident. AD&D offers an additional level of coverage for loss of life or vital bodily function only as result of an accident.

Electing a beneficiary for Life and AD&D Insurance is of utmost importance.
Guaranteed Issue
​
When you enroll in Life Insurance as a new hire, you are eligible for a guaranteed issue amount of 3x your annual salary (to a max of $500,000). Enrollments over that amount, or made after your new hire period, are subject to Evidence of Insurability

The guaranteed issue coverage amount is 3x your annual salary up to $500,000.
