The High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) offers the lowest premium per paycheck, the ability to put pre-tax money into a Health Savings Account, and access to both in- and out-of-network care. The highest level of benefit will be received within the Anthem Blue Cross network.

 

HDHPs work differently than a more traditional plan like our Premier PPO or Elite EPO.  You will pay the full cost for any services received until the deductible is met. Once you meet your deductible, you will pay coinsurance for your care until the out-of-pocket maximum is met, at which point the insurance will cover the full cost.

Maximize your HDHP experience by enrolling in the Health Savings Account (HSA). With the HSA, you'll have pre-tax money available to cover your medical expenses.
 

When you enroll in an HDHP, loanDepot will pay for you to be enrolled in Accident insurance through Voya. Eligible family members can also be enrolled at a discounted cost.
