Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is here! From October 27 through November 11, you can make changes to your benefits such as changing health insurance plans and adding or removing dependents. All employees must re-enroll in order to have coverage in 2023.

This year, we have combined our Anthem HDHP plans into a single plan that is compatible with our health savings account. For our California team, you now have the option to enroll in Kaiser Permanente. We will continue to offer our Anthem EPO and PPO plans.

Also new in 2023, we’re excited to partner with Lincoln Financial Group as our new life and disability carrier. Employees will have the opportunity to increase life insurance amounts up to the guarantee issue amount without completing Evidence of Insurability. Our employees will also have an enhanced experience through the use of streamlined technology when in need of a leave of absence.

We're moving our life and disability benefits over to Lincoln Financial Group. All employees will have the opportunity to increase voluntary life insurance policies up to the Guarantee Issue amounts without needing to complete Evidence of Insurability.
