loanDepot offers comprehensive medical coverage through 3 different plans designed to accommodate every budget and medical need. Each plan is offered through Anthem (Blue Cross) and comes with Anthem’s extensive nationwide network of providers. Standard on all plans are:
The Premier PPO and Elite EPO offer flat copays for doctors visits (including mental health) and prescriptions, while services such as emergency room care, diagnostics and in-patient hospitalization may be subject to a deductible and coinsurance. These plans are compatible with the Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
On the High Deductible Health Plan, you pay the full cost of all care, including most prescriptions, until you meet your deductible. This plan is compatible with the Health Savings Account (HSA), which allows you to contribute pre-tax dollars to a savings account that carries over from year to year to help cover your higher out-of-pocket costs.
In addition to the plans above, we offer our California Employees, a Kaiser Permanente HMO plan. You must receive all your care from doctors and hospitals inside the Kaiser Permanente network. With this plan you'll pay a copy for in-network office visits and prescription drugs, and there is no cost for diagnostic lab work and imaging. This plan is also compatible with the Flexible Spending Account (FSA).
If your spouse is eligible for group coverage through their employer and you opt to enroll them in one of our medical plans, you will pay an additional $50 surcharge each paycheck.
