Tuition Reimbursement

Looking to advance your career through education? Starting in 2022, loanDepot will be offering tuition reimbursement of up to $2,625 per year for eligible employees to pursue classes towards a degree program or job-related certifications.

To be eligible for reimbursement, you must be a full-time employee who has completed one year of continuous, active service.

Prior to the start of the class or certification for which you are requesting reimbursement, please complete the Tuition Reimbursement Application Form and obtain the appropriate signatures, then return to liveWell@loanDepot.com. After you have completed your course and received a grade of C or higher (or a Pass for pass/fail courses), you can request reimbursement through the benefits portal in Workday.
