August is National Wellness Month, a reminder that taking care of ourselves isn’t a luxury, it’s an essential part of living and working at our best.

True wellness is about more than physical health. It’s about creating sustainable habits that help us thrive in every aspect of our lives, whether that’s finding time to move our bodies, managing stress, nurturing relationships, making healthy food choices, or building financial confidence. When we invest in our well-being, we’re better equipped to support our families, our colleagues, our customers, and ourselves.

We invite you to Build Your Best You with a month full of activities, resources, inspiration, and friendly competition designed to support your wellness journey. Each week, we’ll focus on a different theme:

Week 1: Physical Wellness

Week 2: Mental Wellness

Week 3: Nutritional Wellness

Week 4: Financial Wellness

Step Challenge

Get ready to move with a Step Challenge through Personify Health. You can start or join a team, enjoy some friendly competition, get your body moving, and build stronger connections with coworkers while working toward a common goal. We’ll have great prizes for the top team and top five individuals, including an Oura Ring, Therabody products, custom Nike shoes, spa treatments and more. Registration opens August 3 -7, and the challenge runs from August 10-28. Learn more here.

Social Media Contest

All month, we’ll spotlight how you’re building healthy habits on our @loanDepot social channels! Text your photos or videos, along with your name, to 949-302-7036 or email them to social@loandepot.com. For every submission, you’ll be entered in a contest to win more great prizes. Five winners will be selected in a random drawing at the end of the month. Learn more here.

Look to the Community Hub for more information throughout the month and feel free to reach out to Events@loandepot.com for question.

Get ready to make August a month of wellness, connection, and fun.
